What does Devenest actually do?
We diagnose the single structural constraint that is capping a business's growth — usually founder dependency, unpriced delivery, absent revenue operations, or a positioning problem — and then rebuild that layer. We are not an AI agency, a marketing agency, or a generic consultancy.
Who is Devenest for?
Founders and operators of service businesses and agencies between roughly $50k/month and $2M/month in revenue who have hit a growth plateau that hiring, marketing or tooling hasn't solved.
How is Devenest different from an AI agency?
AI agencies sell automation. We sell diagnosis. We often conclude a business shouldn't buy AI yet — the underlying process needs to be redesigned first. Automation without diagnosis scales the wrong thing faster.
What is a Business Diagnostic?
A structured 45-minute conversation that produces a single named constraint (not a laundry list), a recommendation on what to fix next, and clarity on what NOT to work on this quarter. There is no obligation to engage further.
How long is a typical engagement?
Most engagements move the primary constraint in 60–90 days. Full revenue infrastructure rebuilds typically run one to two quarters.
Do you offer implementation, or only advisory?
Both. We diagnose, design, and — where it makes sense — build the systems that fix the constraint, including AI where AI is genuinely the right tool.
What size of business do you work with?
Primarily founder-led service businesses between $500k and $20M ARR. Below that the constraint is usually product-market fit, not systems.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any material client detail is shared.
How do you price engagements?
Fixed-scope, fixed-fee where the outcome is clearly definable; retainer where ongoing operating rhythm is the value. We do not do time-and-materials.
